He always has our best interest in mind and will work to make sure that our coverage is just what we need. Many times we have had lengthy discussions about our best options and he is extremely patient in answering all of our questions. In times when we have had reasons to use our insurance, Tom and State Farm have been there supporting us, getting situations resolved quickly and efficiently. We have complete trust and faith in Tom. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This man has an arrogant attitude. He acts like a pompous jerk and treats people as they were 2nd class (or lower) citizens. I have been a State Farm customer for more than 30 years and would change companies before continuing with this mans office. If you have a motorcycle (or several) or own a rental property this man will not want to help you. Told me to cancel my current policy with another company (that was about to re-new) and that he would have my house covered. Several days later tells me that due to the motorcycles I have, he will not write the policy and now I have NO homeowners insurance!By John Owen, November 28, 2016
