- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I just called my local location in Walmart and I have to say... I won't be going there. Lady picked up the phone and I stated my name and asked how she was doing. Her response... Fine... that's it... not fine sir hoe are you... not fine Josh how are you... just fine followed by a few seconds of silence. I proceeded with asking a question about filing online compared to in store with a rep (I had an issue with verifying some info) and her response was... I don't know... didn't ask any further questions. I started to explain what I was talking about and the decided she didn't really care and told her I would call a different company. I know it's the start of tax season and things are probably stressful and crazy but I think if you work for a company that makes a major part of their money this time of year you would be a little more focused on customer service.By Joshua Johnson, December 24, 2016
