  I love Huntington but we made an appointment today at 9am with Shawna a personal banker a week ago. We arrived 10 mins early. They opened the doors and took another customer before us, which was fine because it wasn't 9 yet. Then our it was our appointment time and she was walking out the other customers. We thought we were up but she grabbed someone else. She came out a told us someone had double booked her and she would be done in 10 mins. So we decided to wait. I get things happened and your days don't always go as planned but we ended up waiting for 40 minutes!. My husband called over to the Gaint Eagle Huntington Bank and asked if they were available to see us. We went over and was able to see Donovan Keim who was very nice and able to help us. I get that stringtown is one of their busiest offices so maybe they should have more than to 1 personal banker scheduled on a Saturday. Unfortunately this isn't the first time this has happned! I'll be going to over Huntington banks but i will not be going back to the stringtown office.

  We have banked at Huntington for years! My daughter and I went in to exchange coins and Annie was very helpful! She took her time and talked with my daughter too. She made her a bouquet for her birthday! Thanks Annie for making her feel special!
