- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆VERY bad customer service! The ATM took my money and spit out a receipt that said there was a malfunction and to go to the front desk. So I go up there and try and get MY money back that the machine took from me, and all that Brad Stephens (the manager) could say was that he will try and figure it out and he will give me a call. He also was very sarcastic with me, and you could tell that he did not care one less. This bank is corrupt.
